Job Description:
BCForward India Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP PaPM Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) with a strong focus on modeling, cost allocations, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SAP PaPM models aligned with business and financial planning requirements
- Configure allocation logic, rules, and functions for cost and profitability analysis
- Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to develop driver-based planning models
- Integrate PaPM with SAP HANA, SAC, FICO, and other relevant modules
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Prepare technical documentation, including solution architecture and model specifications
Required Skills:
- Minimum 6+ strong hands-on experience with SAP PaPM, including modeling and configuration
- In-depth understanding of cost modeling, profit simulation, and allocations
- Proficiency in SAP HANA and SQL scripting with experience in performance tuning
- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP FICO is an advantage
- Strong communication and client interaction skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and agile environments
