SAP HCM Time Management Consultant to join our team and provide expert-level support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Time Management module. This individual will play a key role in supporting the management of employee time data, absence management, and workforce planning within the SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP HCM Time Management Configuration:Configure the SAP HCM Time Management module, including work schedules, time evaluation, absence types, shift planning, and attendance/absence data.
  • System Implementation & Support:Lead or support SAP Time Management implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment of time management solutions.
  • Time Data Processing:Set up and maintain time types, work schedules, attendance, and absence records to ensure accurate data capture for payroll and reporting.
  • Integration with Other Modules:Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of time management processes across other SAP HCM modules like Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM).
  • Troubleshooting & Support:Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for time management issues. Identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
  • Reports & Analytics:Develop custom reports and time-related dashboards to monitor key metrics such as overtime, attendance, and absence trends.
  • User Training & Documentation:Develop user manuals and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand the time management systems features and processes.
  • System Optimization & Continuous Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve time management workflows and processes, applying best practices to optimize system performance.Role & responsibilities
