Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the company's B2B services.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new business proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate value proposition to potential customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and identify areas for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective relationship building, negotiation skills, and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry landscape including emerging technologies such as AI/ML/Cloud Computing etc. .
- Excellent communication skills both written (report writing) & verbal (presentation skills).
