We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across various departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in business management.

  • Lead and manage a multi-tier team of 20-30+ members including Executives, Team Leaders, and Business Managers.
  • Drive team productivity, performance, and engagement aligned with business objectives.
  • Hire, train, coach, and retain talent through structured development plans.
  • Plan, forecast, and achieve fortnightly and monthly revenue and client retention targets.
  • Drive topline and bottom-line growth for the assigned territory/region. • Support field sales teams with structured follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with clients.
  • Ensure swift and effective resolution of client issues.
  • Conduct 23 face-to-face client meetings daily to strengthen engagement and retention.
  • Provide consultative support and customized digital marketing solutions to clients.
  • Analyze client data, segmentation, and performance reports for informed decision-making.
  • Track KPIs, team performance, and market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.

Experience and Education:

  • Btech or MBA graduate with strong academics
  • 3-8 yrs. of experience in Sales / Servicing / Retention
  • Preference for candidates with team handling experience of 20 - 30 team members in last 2yrs.
