Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Telesales Intern to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding POSP agents, managing partner relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, connect, and onboard potential POSP (Point of Sales Person) agents
Manage and service existing POS partners to drive business growth
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales and operations
Support training and servicing processes for POSP partners
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management with partners
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation in any stream
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English & Hindi (additional language is a plus)
Basic understanding of sales/customer handling (preferred)
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
