Responsibilities:
- Order Processing - Need to process orders received from Trade ensure material is delivered to them.
- Logistics and Dispatch Coordination: - Coordinate with the warehouse for dispatches from the factory and manage transporter arrangements for delivery. Keep track of dispatches
- Account Receivable Management- Maintain detailed records of open invoices and deductions. Follow-up with trade to get discrepancy resolved.
- Customer Claim Management- Need to ensure deduction done by trade is genuine as per terms. Preparing submitting claim to finance against the claim provision in system.
- Support KAM Sales team by providing different data details required from time to time by them or by trade.
Qualifications:
Graduate. Worked as DM/TL at MT store/category team for 3 years, having knowledge of backend process followed by MT. Worked in similar role
