Functional Responsibility / Domain Related

• Supporting S&P Analysts in thematic publications for the Corporate domain and other ad-hoc reports
• Proficiency in Databricks for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and workflows.
• Strong experience in building dashboards and visualizations within Databricks (e.g., Databricks SQL dashboards) to support business and analytical insights
• Ability to design and automate end-to-end data processes in Databricks, including scheduling, monitoring, and optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills, with experience writing complex queries, performance tuning, and working with large, structured and semi-structured datasets
• Expert-level Python proficiency, including data manipulation, reusable scripting, and development of production-grade analytical code.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Actively participate in the team/client calls and review meetings, alert the S&P analyst and the Manager about any exceptions or any emerging difficulties in the smooth execution of work within timelines
• Conversant with excel spreadsheets and report writing
• Execute analytical reports related to macro-economics, bonds markets and corporate rating actions
• Update task level operating manuals to document new knowledge gained and new processes
• Actively participate in forums across GAC
