Role Description

Blue Dart is seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our team on-site at our Chennai location. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates to fill open positions. The role also involves building strong relationships with hiring managers, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting employer branding efforts will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition strategies, and interview coordination
  • Ability to assess candidates' skills and qualifications effectively during the recruitment process
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in high-volume recruitment and the logistics industry is a plus
