Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, negotiating job offers, and facilitating onboarding for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence related to talent acquisition, and provide recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of candidates, to stakeholders and management.
