Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial interviews over phone or video conferencing to assess candidate fitment.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on interview results.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Recruitment or related field
- Excellent communication skills with convincing power to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle pressure situations professionally while meeting deadlines under tight timelines.
- Strong idea generation, creative thinking, management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
