Job Title : ReactJS Frontend Lead

Experience : 7–10 years (with 5+ years in modern frontend development)

Location : Bangalore

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled ReactJS Frontend Lead to lead the design and development of intuitive, high-performance, and scalable user interfaces for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on React expertise with technical leadership, sound UI/UX judgment, and the ability to guide teams in building modern, responsive, and maintainable frontend solutions. This role requires close collaboration with backend, architecture, product, and design teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Technical Leadership
• Lead the frontend development efforts across one or more product teams.
• Act as the go-to technical expert for ReactJS and frontend architecture.
• Translate business and UX requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Define and enforce frontend coding standards, best practices, and design guidelines.
• Drive technical decisions related to frameworks, libraries, tooling, and performance optimization.
• Frontend Architecture & Design
• Design scalable and modular frontend architectures using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Establish component-driven and reusable UI patterns.
• Architect state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or equivalent libraries.
• Ensure high performance, accessibility, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with application architects and backend teams to align frontend and backend contracts (APIs).
• Hands-on Development
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Hooks, and functional component patterns.
• Develop responsive and interactive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern UI frameworks.
• Implement frontend integrations with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with appropriate unit and component tests.
• Perform code reviews and refactoring to maintain high code quality.
• UI/UX Collaboration
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality implementations.
• Ensure pixel-perfect UI delivery with consistent look and feel across devices.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility (WCAG), and user-centered design principles.
• Proactively identify UX improvements and performance enhancements.
• Performance, Quality & Security
• Optimize frontend performance (lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies).
• Ensure application security against common frontend vulnerabilities.
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring on the client side.
• Support cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
• DevOps & CI/CD Enablement
• Work with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications.
• Ensure automated builds, linting, testing, and deployment processes.
• Support environment configuration and deployment best practices for frontend artifacts.
• Agile Delivery & Collaboration
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Provide technical estimates and inputs during planning and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, product owners, and architects to ensure seamless delivery.
• Resolve frontend-related technical issues and dependencies proactively.
• Mentoring & Team Development
• Mentor and guide frontend developers on ReactJS, modern JavaScript, and UI best practices.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and help upskill team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and frontend engineering excellence.

• At least 8 yrs of experience.
