Job Location - Mumbai , Kanjurmarg east

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving front-end architecture decisions, and ensuring delivery of scalable, high-performance applications.

Direct Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers working on ReactJS-based projects.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable, performant, and reusable front-end solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Own the technical roadmap and provide guidance on technology choices, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Manage sprint planning, task assignments, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest React ecosystem trends, tools, and best practices.

Technical & Behavioural Competencies

Core Expertise:

• ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, Suspense, Concurrent Mode).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
• State management libraries: Redux, Redux Toolkit, Recoil, MobX, or Zustand.

Performance & Optimization:

• Virtualization (React Window, React Virtualized).
• Code-splitting, lazy loading, memoization.
• Rendering optimization and profiling.

Ecosystem & Tooling:

• Build tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel.
• Testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Enzyme.
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Package management: npm, yarn, pnpm.

UI/UX & Styling:

• CSS-in-JS frameworks (Styled Components, Emotion).
• TailwindCSS, Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design.
• Accessibility (WCAG compliance, ARIA).

Architecture & Integration:

• Micro frontends, modular architecture.
• Integration with REST APIs and GraphQL.
• SSR/SSG frameworks (Next.js, Remix).
• Strong knowledge of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, SSO).

Cloud & Deployment (Good to Have):

• Docker, Kubernetes for deployment.
• Cloud providers: AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Monitoring tools: Dynatrace, New Relic.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

• Proven experience leading and mentoring front-end teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities.
• Agile/Scrum experience sprint planning, story estimation, backlog grooming.

Contributing Responsibilities

• Experience with Flutter/React Native (for hybrid projects).
• Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express, NestJS).
• Understanding of financial/trading domain applications (if relevant).
