Join Hitachi Energy India Development Centre (IDC), an RD organization in Chennai and Bangalore that works with global RD and research centers across 12 countries. In this role, you will help design and deliver digital solutions and product capabilities by building modern , secure , and high-performing user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to engineering best practices, and mentor other developers while continuously learning through diverse global projects.

How you ll make an impact:

• Manage and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters. You will handle scaling and performance tuning.

• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for Azure resources.

• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for build, test, and deployment automation.

• Implement GitOps workflows with Argo CD and manage Helm charts for packaging and releases.

• Configure and manage Azure services such as Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Entra ID (Azure AD) .

• Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability using tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK .

• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve deployment efficiency.

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

• Required Experience: 4 6 years in cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment systems on Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes .

• Hands-on expertise with AKS, identity, networking, and core Azure services. Strong Infrastructure as Code skills with Terraform (or similar).

• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and configuration management using Azure DevOps (or similar).

• Strong Linux administration skills and Docker containerization experience. Scripting and automation skills with Bash and PowerShell, plus YAML for configuration. Work with global RD teams across multiple countries and technology areas.
