Project Role Description :
Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the overall application lifecycle. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines and integrate various ecosystem components to ensure seamless delivery. Throughout the day, you focus on continuous testing efforts, including security assessments, application programming interface validations, and regression testing. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in testing processes to uphold high-quality standards.



Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of quality practices.
- Assist in the development and refinement of testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality engineering practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.



Professional Technical Skills::

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Experience with designing and executing automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with security testing and API validation techniques.
- Ability to analyze defects and contribute to root cause analysis and resolution.
- Knowledge of environment configuration and data management to support testing activities.




Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
