Hiring: Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to support quality monitoring, compliance checks, and process improvement initiatives. This role will focus on conducting quality reviews, identifying errors or process gaps, and providing actionable feedback to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with service levels and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct concurrent quality control and reconciliation
• Review cases for compliance, SLA adherence, and regulatory accuracy
• Identify outliers and improvement opportunities in reviewed work
• Provide quality feedback, remediation, and process guidance
• Support ad hoc research and quality-related projects
Requirements:
• Any Bachelors degree or equivalent
• 5 to 9+ years of office experience (Clinical Review roles)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make consistent decisions
Preferred:
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB/ExCPT)
• Experience in healthcare, auditing, reporting, or metrics environments
