Role involves auditing advisor interactions across multiple channels and reporting deviations related to agents, processes, systems, or technology. It also includes recommending process improvements to the Transformation team. Key skills required are MS Excel proficiency, analytical ability, and a strong understanding of quality culture. Responsibilities include compliance analysis, process reviews, fostering governance, cross-functional coordination, and project participation. Objectives cover processing time, accuracy, SLA adherence, continuous improvement (Kaizen), and contributing to insights and Audit Analyst auditing interactions and identifying process improvements.
