About the Role

Payment Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Processing payments accurately and efficiently within established timelines.
• Conducting validation checks on payment instructions to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Handling SWIFT payments and ensuring all transactions are processed securely.
• Familiarity with ISO 20022 messaging standards and ability to work with MT-MX message types.
• Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new payment systems and processes.

• Strong understanding of payment processing procedures and systems.
• Experience with SWIFT payment messaging and validation processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 standards and MT-MX message types.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments.
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience working in a financial institution or payment processing environment.
• Familiarity with different payment types and international payment regulations.
• Experience with conducting UAT for payment systems and processes.
  
  

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
