Job Description:
Role Objective
We are looking for analytical and detail-oriented professionals to join our E-commerce BPO division. In this role, you will act as a critical layer in reviewing machine-generated outputs and evaluating complex human-to-AI conversations. Your goal is to ensure all outputs align with standard operating procedures (SOPs) while identifying underlying patterns or flaws.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Output Audit: Review and evaluate AI-generated content and conversations for accuracy, tone, and adherence to specific client SOPs.
- Pattern Recognition: Proactively identify recurring errors, biases, or "hallucinations" in the AI output and document these trends.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Perform deep-dive analysis on quality failures to understand why the output deviated from the SOP and provide actionable feedback for model tuning.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of audits and contribute to weekly quality calibration sessions.
Candidate Requirements
- Communication: Very Good command of the English language (both written and spoken) is non-negotiable. Must be able to articulate complex flaws clearly.
