We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced System Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure management, and cloud storage infrastructure support.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and administer Windows, UNIX/Linux/RHEL server environments.
- Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of systems and services.
- Resolve real-time user requests as per SLA.
- Monitor and analyze system logs to identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT/EE or MCA).
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience with certifications like MCSE/RHCE/RHEL.
- Possess strong knowledge of system administration, infrastructure management, and cloud storage infrastructure support.
- Experience with VMware, AWS, Azure, SAN/NAS monitoring, backup management, and storage performance optimization is required.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
