QAQC Engineer / Senior QAQC Engineer
Summary of the Position
Act as QAQC Engineer or Sr. QAQC Engineer* providing support in QAQC related activities to the Project Quality Manager.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the Role
- Develop and review quality specifications and procedures.
- Review vendors documentation (project quality plans, procedures).
- Report project KPIs. Monitor performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Perform audits (internal and/or external, to vendors and subcontractors).
- Follow-up NCRs, Observations and other findings until close-out.
- Provide project focused QMS training.
- Review requisitions.
- Contribute to Project Quality Management System Review.
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the Project Quality Management System.
- Provide support in Construction QC activities to be initiated from Home office: procedures, ITPs, software set-up, subcontracts, KOM, material approval requests, histograms, etc.
Technical Skills & Requirements
Technical Skills (including years of experience if need be)Desirable / EssentialAt least 10 years of experience in oil & gas projects as Quality Engineer. (Desirable experience also at Site)EssentialLead Auditor Certificate (Auditor Registration, not only training) according to ISO 9001 or equivalent internationally recognized.EssentialUniversity degree in Engineering or equivalentEssentialGood communication skills and very good knowledge of spoken and written English language.EssentialGood knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. Ms. Excel, PowerBI)DesirableGood knowledge of Welding.Desirable
