We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to drive insurer partnerships, manage cross-functional projects, and lead sales campaigns while leveraging data-driven insights. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless execution, optimizing business performance, and strengthening insurer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

  • Lead and execute cross-functional projects across sales, product, and operations
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; ensure timely execution
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery

2. Growth Mindset

  • Demonstrate a strong ownership mindset with a focus on driving business growth and continuous improvement
  • Ability to understand business strategy and translate it into actionable execution plans on the ground
  • Leverage data and market insights to experiment, optimize, and scale high-impact initiatives

3. Business Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze business performance, campaign results, and partner metrics
  • Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency

4. Sales Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute sales campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring and improvements
  • Drive initiatives to enhance conversions, revenue, and customer experience

5. Insurer Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for insurer partners
  • Manage end-to-end relationship including onboarding, coordination, and performance reviews
  • Drive alignment on business goals, campaigns, and operational processes
