Job Title: Project Manager Information Technology (IT)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. The role requires strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and technical coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, infrastructure, and vendors.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
• Track project KPIs and prepare project reports and dashboards.
• Facilitate communication between business teams and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and technology standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or Project Management certification preferred.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certification is an advantage.
• 2–5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven experience in managing software development, implementation, or digital transformation projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Budgeting and resource allocation expertise.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
