Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Drive technical design for scalable, robust systems, including microservices, RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL/NoSQL). Team Leadership: Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices to ensure high-quality software. Development: Write high-performance, clean, and reusable Node.js/JavaScript code. Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage technical debt, and ensure timely, agile delivery. Performance & Security: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement data protection measures
