Job Title: Project Manager (Business Excellence)
Job Type: Full-Time
We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the Business Excellence aspects of Delivery within our organization.
- The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project yield, project management, resource allocation, workload assignments, and more.
- The span of control for the Project Manager will extend over a group of technical and people managers, as well as their direct reportees.
- In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, the Project Manager will also play a key role in driving Revenue & Contribution Margin.
- It is essential that the Project Manager has a clear understanding of how their decisions and actions impact Revenue & Contribution Margin.
- The level of direct responsibility will vary based on the size and requirements of the organization.
Work Experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 - 16 years of experience in Project management of Oil and Gas projects
- Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical engineering
- Familiarity with applicable national and international codes (ASME, ASTM, EURO, CSA, AS, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams
- Adaptability to new tools and technologies
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
