Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager (with 3 to 7 years of experience) to lead the development and optimization of CRM systems, digital on boarding (eKYC), and partner ecosystem platforms within a fintech/broking environment.
This role focuses on customer lifecycle management, seamless on boarding journeys, and scalable partner-led growth, ensuring compliance while delivering a superior user and partner experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 3 to 7 years in Product Management, preferably in: -
- Fintech / broking / financial services.
- CRM, onboarding, or partner platforms.
- Experience in B2C or B2B2C ecosystems (partner-led growth models).
Core Skills Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:-
- CRM systems & customer lifecycle management.
- EKYC / digital onboarding flows (Aadhaar, PAN, and Video KYC).
- Partner / affiliate / sub-broker ecosystems.
Technical & Product Skills
- Experience with:
- API integrations and third-party vendor systems.
- Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Product analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude).
- Ability to create:
- PRDs, user stories, process flows.
Business & Execution
- Strong stakeholder management across tech, compliance, and business teams.
- Data-driven mindset with focus on conversion and growth metrics.
- Problem-solving approach with attention to user experience and scalability
Good to Have
- Experience in regulated environments (KYC, AML, financial compliance)
- Exposure to SaaS CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho CRM
- Understanding of partner pay out/commission models
- MBA or equivalent qualification
