Product Analyst Intern

This position is responsible for supporting Product Managers in managing end-to-end product lifecycle activities by leveraging data, user insights, and Generative AI tools. The Product Analyst Intern will assist in analyzing product performance, gathering requirements, and enabling AI-driven enhancements to improve user experience, adoption, and overall product outcomes.

Duties/Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in day-to-day product lifecycle activities from ideation to release and iteration
• Analyze product metrics such as adoption, engagement, and retention to generate actionable insights
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining product requirements and user stories
• Leverage Generative AI tools and copilots to synthesize user feedback, create documentation, and accelerate workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) to support feature development and releases
• Build dashboards and reports to track product performance and KPIs
• Support user research, feedback analysis, and feature validation
• Assist in experimentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking of new features
• Document product processes, insights, and AI-driven use cases
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel; basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
• Understanding of product thinking and user-centric approach
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilots, etc.)
• Ability to translate business and user needs into structured insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in AI-driven product development and automation
  
  

Education And Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Management, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
• Exposure to product, analytics, or internship experience is preferred
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, JIRA, or similar platforms is an added advantage
• Experience using AI tools for productivity, analysis, or automation is a plus.
