Preferred Qualifications:
- Overall 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years of experience in process improvement, diagnostics, or process mining.
- Hands-on experience in process mining platforms like Celonis, SAP Signavio, or similar tools.
- Experience with task mining tools (e.g., SKAN AI, Celonis Task Mining).
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI).
- Experience in working with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with RPA technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
