Job Summary:

The Process Associate will be responsible for executing and supporting business processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves handling data management tasks, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day operational activities as per defined processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).


• Verify and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.


• Upload and manage files in various systems and databases, ensuring proper categorization and storage.


• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to maintain data accuracy across systems.


• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.


• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all process activities, including data checks, file uploads, and reconciliations.


• Generate regular reports on process performance and data management activities.


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders via email, calls, or meetings to address queries and support process requirements.


• Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements and automation.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.


• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the manager.Preferred Skills:
