Designation: Principal Product Manager – Agentic AI
Office Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Onsite)
Position Description: LeadSquared is building enterprise-grade agentic AI capabilities to transform how sales, marketing, and ops teams work. This role owns the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of agentic AI products — bridging complex ML capabilities with real enterprise buyer needs. The hire will also play a key role in closing the agentic AI skill gap within the current PM organisation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year product roadmap for AI agent capabilities — covering orchestration, tool use, memory, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Ship production-grade agentic solutions meeting enterprise requirements around reliability, security, latency, and auditability
- Partner with ML/backend engineering, design, GTM, and customer success to drive products from 0→1 and 1→scale
- Present roadmaps and trade-offs to senior leadership; translate business ambitions into executable product bets
- Track the agentic AI competitive landscape and identify where LSQ builds moats vs. leverages foundation models or third-party tooling
- Mentor and upskill the existing PM team on agentic AI — patterns, pitfalls, and evaluation frameworks
- Contribute to hiring and team-building as the agentic AI practice grows
- Represent the product perspective in cross-functional forums and customer conversations

- Industry: B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software
- Role: Product Management with hands-on agentic AI delivery
- Years of Experience: 7+ years in product management, of which 1.5+ years must be in delivering enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions in production
- Roadmap delivery and milestone adherence for agentic AI initiatives
- Adoption and retention metrics for shipped agentic features
- Enterprise customer satisfaction scores on AI capabilities
- PM team upskilling progress on agentic AI frameworks
- Speed and quality of 0→1 product launches
- Strategic product thinking and roadmap ownership
- Stakeholder management and executive communication
- Cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, and GTM
- First-principles problem solving
- Mentoring and knowledge transfer
- LLM architectures, RAG, and prompt engineering
- Multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar)
- Tool use / function calling patterns in agentic systems
- Evaluation and observability pipelines for AI products
- Enterprise procurement, IT security, and data residency requirements
- Writing crisp PRDs, strategy memos, and executive narratives
- Translating ambiguous business problems into product specs
- Identifying and validating build vs. buy decisions in AI tooling
- Quantitative analysis to support product decisions
- Physical: Standard office environment; no specific physical requirements
- Other: Strong written and verbal communication in English; ability to work across time zones for global stakeholder alignment
