Role Overview:
The Stapling Thoracic Principal Integrated Marketing Specialist will lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of upstream marketing activities for the Stapling portfolio and Thoracic specialty. This role is accountable for shaping the long-term portfolio vision, driving customer-focused innovation, and ensuring excellence in new product launches. The individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders to translate market insights into actionable strategies that maximize growth, differentiation, and value delivery.
This role will proactively ensure execution excellence of the strategy, understand the evolving market dynamics, and drive portfolio decisions to meet the needs of the region and the business. He/ she will be responsible for creating sales and marketing materials, managing campaigns, and educating healthcare professionals with key responsibilities that include collaborating with sales and product teams, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), analyzing market data, and managing events like conferences. This role will require a blend of strategic planning, technical understanding, and communication skills.
