As a Principal Infra Developer you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions using Terraform and Ansible. Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using Terraform to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions with existing systems ensuring seamless operations.
• Provide technical expertise in Ansible to automate configuration management and deployment processes reducing manual intervention.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of infrastructure as code ensuring best practices and standards are adhered to.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to optimize resource utilization and system reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex infrastructure issues minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations facilitating knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures safeguarding company data and infrastructure assets.
• Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure development with expertise in Terraform and Ansible.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues effectively.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Have experience in the devices domain which is considered a valuable asset.
• Show a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies and tools.
• Display a strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles and best practices.

Certifications Required

Certified Terraform Associate Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation
