Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Boot
Drive system design decisions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance
Architect and manage Kubernetes-based deployments across cloud environments
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD and Helm
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and secure cloud solutions
Optimize application performance, cost efficiency, and operational reliability
Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices in cloud architecture and development
Ensure adherence to DevOps, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code principles
Required Qualifications
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot development
Proven experience in designing and building distributed systems and microservices architectures
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (mandatory) in production environments
Strong working knowledge of Helm and Argo CD (mandatory)
Deep experience in at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong understanding of cloud-native patterns, scalability, and resilience design
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio)
Exposure to observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
Experience in high-scale enterprise environments
Soft Skills
Proven ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment
Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
Ability to influence technical direction and drive innovation
Location
Full-time, in-person from MicroStrategy office
