K&A Engineering Consultants is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary building design projects from concept to delivery. The role requires strong expertise in project management, client coordination, technical oversight, budget and schedule management, and stakeholder engagement across complex building projects, particularly within Gulf region projects.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing design projects across all stages, including planning, execution, coordination, quality assurance, risk management, client management, and project delivery. The candidate will act as the primary client interface and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multidisciplinary building design projects including schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Develop project management plans, scope baselines, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and risk plans.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage design teams through concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation stages.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other design disciplines.
• Manage sub-consultants and monitor deliverables against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct project reviews, quality assurance checks, and design validation activities.
• Support tendering activities including bid evaluations, tender queries, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, contractors, and internal departments throughout project execution.
• Prepare progress reports and escalate critical project concerns to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or MBA preferred.
• PMP / Project Management Certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of buildings and architectural design projects.
• Excellent project management, budgeting, planning, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex project environments.

Preferred Experience:

• 15+ years of industry experience in building and architectural design.
• Minimum 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Mandatory experience handling projects in Gulf countries.
