Location: Noida, UP, India

• Define the non-functional testing approach (performance, scalability, soak, and resilience as applicable) aligned to priorities and environments.
• Evaluate and set up performance testing tools (e.g., Jmeter ), including project structure, configuration, and execution patterns.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts and workloads (user journeys, data parameterization, correlation, and assertions).
• Plan and execute baseline and trend tests in approved environments and coordinate required test windows and monitoring access.
• Analyze results and produce performance findings (bottlenecks, thresholds, recommendations) in collaboration with engineering/ops teams.
• Work with client stakeholders to identify key core performance measures for each application and the SLAs to be demonstrated to be met
