Role: Performance Testing

Experience Range: 4 to 8 Years

Location: Chennai/Kolkata

Must Have:

• Understanding of Performance Testing best practices and has 5+ years of work experience in performance testing using LoadRunner
• Understanding test planning, script execution and maintenance
• Perform assigned testing as per the Test Plan; document and report all discovered problems
• Create and execute performance tests for revised applications
• Maintain records of all application testing; prepare reports summarizing testing results and where SLAs were broken
• Collaborate with developers and users to optimize testing, defect isolation, and defect tracking

Good to Have:

• Ability to effectively communicate to a diverse group of IT management, offshore teams and business users is required
• Candidate must have strong analytical and problem management skills to be able to resolve issues as they arise in the testing environments
• Candidate should has monitoring tool experience (Splunk, Dynatrace, App Dynamics...)
• Other skill-sets that would be useful are prior experience in banking domain
• Exposure to Java, .Net technologies, web services and middle tier applications

Essential:

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
