Responsibilities Design, plan, and execute end to end performance test strategies (load, stress, endurance, scalability) for complex enterprise and cloud based applications.Develop, parameterize, and maintain robust LoadRunner scripts, scenarios, and workloads aligned with business usage patterns, including advanced correlation, parameterization, think time modeling, error handling, custom logic, and data driven frameworks.Perform in depth performance analysis using Dynatrace and other monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers.Collaborate with architects, developers, platform, infrastructure, and operations teams to define performance scope, SLAs/SLOs, KPIs, and success criteria, interpret performance results, diagnose root causes, and recommend tuning and optimization strategies.Lead performance engineering activities, including capacity planning, sizing, and performance modeling for on premise and cloud environments, with a strong focus on microservices, REST APIs, async workflows, and batch processing.Conduct cloud performance testing across major platforms (e.g., autoscaling, elasticity, resilience), validating SLAs and non functional requirements, and evaluating limits/requests, node saturation, and cluster level constraints.Prepare clear, data driven performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for technical and business stakeholders, communicating complex technical findings in a concise and business relevant manner.Guide project teams on performance best practices throughout the SDLC and support shift left performance testing approaches, including early requirements clarification and performance risk identification.Mentor junior team members in performance testing techniques, tools usage, and analysis methods, fostering a self driven, ownership mindset within the team.Independently identify performance work items, define approaches, and execute performance engagements end to end, including test plan creation, scenario design, data modeling, and dashboard setup.Drive performance analysis and bottleneck identification across the full stack (application, JVM/GC, database, infrastructure, and container platforms) without waiting for direction, providing concrete tuning recommendations.
