The Role

Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft customisations using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, Component Interface, and Integration Broker, while working on interfaces, conversions, reports, and workflows. Support production issues, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, and participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Ensure coding standards, documentation, and best practices are followed, while analysing and understanding business requirements in HR domains such as Core HR, Workforce Administration, Payroll (NA/Global), Benefits, and Absence Management. Translate functional requirements into technical design documents, support functional testing, UAT, and defect resolution, and collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
