About The Role

We are looking for a high-calibre individual with experience in HR tech transformation and COE design at scale, or as a product manager in a technology environment. The role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to operate both at depth and at scale.

As a People Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of HR, technology, and business to design and deliver impactful people solutions, specifically in the areas of Performance, Engagement, Rewards and People Analytics.

This is a unique opportunity to solve product-grade problems in HR, as technology reshapes the future of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision: Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and customer needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable product insights.
  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-centric approach in product development, gathering feedback from users to inform feature prioritization and design.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, HR, business teams ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and analyze system performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, progress, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle
  • Own design-deployment-adoption of product lifecycle including implementation and project management at scale
  • HR Domain Expertise: Exposure to one or more areas such as Performance, Engagement, Rewards, or People Analytics will be preferred
