Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven ANP Operations Manager to support the operational backbone of our global partnerships and affiliate ecosystem.
- This role will be responsible for managing partner lifecycle operations, systems administration, data governance, commission processes, and supporting the transition and optimization of our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) infrastructure.
- The ideal candidate combines strong operational rigor, systems thinking, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure our partnerships function smoothly, scale effectively, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1) Partner Platform Operations
- Maintain PAYO internal systems for partner lifecycle processes across (onboarding, status updates, account transitions, deactivations).
- Manage system integrity including partner account setup, permissions, and ownership transfers.
- Support offer and campaign configuration, updates, and periodic clean-up.
- Monitor partner activity logs and support troubleshooting requests from regional partnership teams
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across partner management platforms.
2) CRM Data Operations
- Support lead routing and source mapping within CRM systems in coordination with Marketing and regional partnership teams.
- Perform bulk data updates, uploads, and conversions.
- Maintain structured partner and account records across systems.
- Ensure clean data governance standards and documentation.
3) Back-Office Program Operations
- Support offer management and internal tagging processes to enable accurate reporting and syncing.
- Maintain proper linkage between partners, programs, and payout entities.
- Manage account restrictions and operational escalations as requested by regional managers.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve operational blockers.
4) Partner Commissions Reconciliation
- Execute monthly partner commission processes in alignment with regional and central approvals.
- Maintain payout tracking and reconciliation documentation.
- Handle payout inquiries, adjustments, bonuses, and corrections.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Continuously improve payout accuracy and transparency processes.
5) PRM Implementation Optimization
- Support the transition to and ongoing optimization of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform.
- Map existing processes into scalable system workflows.
- Build and document SOPs to ensure operational consistency.
- Conduct QA and support deployment phases.
- Assist in feature rollouts and partner readiness enablement.
- Serve as a central operational contact for PRM-related requests.
Qualifications Experience
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships operations, channel operations, affiliate operations, or revenue operations.
- Strong experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).
- Experience working with PRM tools and/or affiliate management platforms.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
- Experience running commission processes and reconciliations is a strong advantage.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation and process-building skills.
