As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of these modules to achieve expected business results. You will utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Implement Planning and Fit Analysis: Conduct implementation planning and fit analysis to ensure successful integration of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules into the client's business environment.
• Configure and Test Solutions: Configure and test solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and improving employee satisfaction.
• Resolve Business Issues: Resolve configuration and functional business issues specializing in the Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits module of SAP HR.
• Provide Post-Implementation Support: Deliver post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption and usage of the implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

Required technical and professional expertise


• SAP HR Compensation Management Expertise: Experience with SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits module, including implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Packaged Solution Integration: Experience with integrating packaged technology into clients' business environments to achieve expected business results.
• Consulting Skills: Exposure to consulting skills, including conducting implementation planning and fit analysis, configuring and testing solutions, and resolving business issues.
• Local Regulations Compliance: Experience with ensuring compliance with local regulations and improving employee satisfaction through effective implementation of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Functional Business Issue Resolution: Experience with resolving configuration and functional business issues specializing in the Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits module of SAP HR.


Preferred technical and professional experience


• SAP HR Module Knowledge: Exposure to SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits module, including implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Packaged Technology Integration: Exposure to integrating packaged technology into clients' business environments to achieve expected business results.
• Consulting Skills Application: Exposure to applying consulting skills, including conducting implementation planning and fit analysis, configuring and testing solutions, and resolving business issues.
