We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pursuing sales opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients

  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-5 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
