Job description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager to join our Intelligent Supply Chain Operations Fulfilment capability. This role is crucial for the strategic development and leadership of our Projects & Consulting unit, aimed at achieving significant business outcomes for both existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of supply chain fulfilment projects for various clients and across different industries.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and deliver end-to-end fulfilment business solutions.
- Oversee order management and logistics systems implementations within the ISCOs fulfilment capability.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and platforms to enhance fulfilment operations, including advanced automation and analytics solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Accountable for all project deliverables (cross streams) as well as own project deliverables that could be related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, report out, or business cases
- Participate and/or lead the projects for external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services engagements
- Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) within or outside of the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes
- Conduct Quality Assurance on the deliverables developed by other, junior team members
- Analyze data and information received from Client in order to reach conclusions and develop the improvement recommendations
- Create and conduct convincing presentations and put own ideas forward to Client
- Facilitate client meetings within or outside of own business area, driving towards consensus and agreement of all stakeholders
- Actively build valuable relationships with joint team members and with clients
- Interact with Client Stakeholders and build long lasting relationship that will result in successful sale of future opportunities
- Actively support development of transformational assets and methods; contribute to product development in his/her area of expertise. Identify new product opportunities and work towards its design
- Demonstrate an extended ability to think outside of the box and challenge convention.
- Share knowledge that can be used to drive new business development in our target markets
- Actively engage on pursuits, bids, and up-sell opportunities developing impactful content and demonstrating commercial awareness/acumen. Develop proposals and present them to clients
- Develop own salability and actively participate in generating deals
- Build knowledge and understanding of our market leading assets and methods (e.g. Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM), ESOAR transformation method, intelligent automation, etc.)
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in the fulfilment area of supply chain, with a strong educational background in supply chain management.
- Proven track record in leading fulfilment platform implementations and a deep understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Capability to drive ISCO Fulfilment automation agenda.
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial role within the manufacturing or consulting industry.
- Extensive experience in target operating model design, organizational design and process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation
- Proven experience in creation and implementation of new solutions within expertise domain
- Advanced knowledge and extensive working experience with SAP supply chain modules (SD, MM, TM, WM) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact at various levels of clients organizations and influence key stakeholders.
- English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent
- Experience in client facing activities (i.e. workshops, presentations, training)
- Experience in project type of work, with frequent Client interactions.

- Ability to articulate the business case for change / implementation of recommended solution
- Extensive experience working in a global and complex business environment; BPO/SSC experience is highly desirable.
