- Perform unit testing, SIT support, and defect resolution.

- HR business process understanding
- Fast Formula
- HDL/HSDL

- Basic API/integration understanding
- SQL knowledge preferred
- Experience in global compensation or pay transparency projects.
- Exposure to Redwood UI and Oracle HCM latest features.
- Experience working with market compensation data and reporting.
- Understanding of HR compliance and audit reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work in global delivery environments
