Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced TPRM Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in third-party risk, IT risk, or security assessments.
Roles and Responsibility
- Perform initial and ongoing third-party risk assessments using defined templates and questionnaires.
- Review vendor-submitted documentation, including policies, certifications, and evidence, to identify control gaps and assign preliminary risk ratings based on impact and likelihood.
- Populate assessment outputs into centralized registers and tracking tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for clarification on assessment scope and track vendor responses, follow-ups, and pending submissions.
- Maintain up-to-date risk registers, ensuring completeness and accuracy of assessment inputs.
- Support the preparation of assessment reports, dashboards, and summaries, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready and version-controlled.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Security, Risk Management, IT, or Business.
- Good understanding of information security controls and risk concepts, with familiarity with ISO 27001 control domains and third-party risk principles.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and exposure to GRC tools.
- Ability to work in structured, deadline-driven delivery models, executing high-volume assessments under defined timelines.
- Experience in third-party risk, IT risk, or security assessments, with prior exposure to vendor risk or information security assessments preferred.
- Knowledge of compliance alignment with DESC ISR, ISO 27001, ISO 27036, and internal control requirements.
