Job Title: Operational Risk Analyst – Fixed Income (ISG)
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid – 3 days WFO mandatory)
Shift: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM IST
Experience: 2–3 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a risk manager for ISG Fixed Income Operations.
- Partner with risk managers, stakeholders, and senior management across departments.
- Support and execute risk management programs, deep dives, and risk-related projects.
- Coordinate with Operations Risk, Control teams, and Audit for governance initiatives.
- Prepare and present risk reports, dashboards, and key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Perform risk/control reviews and quality assurance checks.
- Analyze trends, exceptions, and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in risk meetings and contribute to control discussions.
- Continuously enhance risk frameworks and challenge existing processes.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in Operational Risk and Trade Life Cycle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of Fixed Income products.
Good to Have Skills
- Knowledge or experience in Power BI or Alteryx.
