- Utilize social media platforms to identify potential candidates and build relationships with them.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment for open roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet company standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition in the oil & gas industry.
- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of successful headhunting experiences with a strong understanding of the oil & gas sector's unique challenges.
