Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for further processing.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of potential candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or non-IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the education/training industry or similar sectors.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- Proven track record in sourcing high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.
