Node.js Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Node.js Architect with deep fullstack ownership and proven experience in designing, building, and scaling robust systems. This role requires strong architectural vision, hands-on engineering expertise, and the ability to lead technical initiatives across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and highperformance applications.
• Own endtoend solution design across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.
• Lead engineering best practices, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a highperformance technical culture.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive long-term reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Ensure systems are optimized for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack capabilities.
• Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
• Strong experience with React and contemporary frontend architectures.
• Hands-on experience working with PHP and MySQL in production systems.
• Working knowledge of Python for backend services, scripting, or integrations.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and experience deploying/operating cloud-based systems.
• Proven ability to design scalable, distributed architectures and optimize system performance.
• Deep debugging and problemsolving skills across the full technology stack.
• Demonstrated experience as a technical lead, with the ability to mentor and influence engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
