Responsibilities -

  • Develop and deliver go-to-market plans for new and existing Neuro products.
  • Lead and manage the respective BL order and Margin targets for the region - Accountable to deliver the Quarterly and yearly budget on Orders and margin.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful launches and lifecycle management.
  • Localise messaging and positioning for TIMEA markets.
  • Monitor product performance and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Support tendering, pricing, and reimbursement activities.
  • Support the sales team and the product specialist to reach order targets
  • Ensure that the margin targets are on track as per budgeted
  • Provide sales training and enablement.
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers and industry partners.
  • Champion customer needs and feedback, representing the field perspective to business line and product & technology teams.

Relevant Knowledge, Skills And CompetEncies -

  • Experience in medical device sales, marketing, or commercial roles.
  • Knowledge of Neuro portfolio and clinical environments is preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 60%).
