Lead and manage the respective BL order and Margin targets for the region - Accountable to deliver the Quarterly and yearly budget on Orders and margin.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful launches and lifecycle management.
Localise messaging and positioning for TIMEA markets.
Monitor product performance and market trends to inform strategy.
Support tendering, pricing, and reimbursement activities.
Support the sales team and the product specialist to reach order targets
Ensure that the margin targets are on track as per budgeted
Provide sales training and enablement.
Build relationships with healthcare providers and industry partners.
Champion customer needs and feedback, representing the field perspective to business line and product & technology teams.
Relevant Knowledge, Skills And CompetEncies -
Experience in medical device sales, marketing, or commercial roles.
Knowledge of Neuro portfolio and clinical environments is preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Willingness to travel (up to 60%).
