Job Description
Looking for a .NET Support professional with 6-8 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. Provide L2/L3 production support for applications built on C, .NET, REST APIs, and Web Services, ensuring high availability and timely incident resolution. Diagnose and resolve issues across SQL Server, REST services, and Azure components such as Logic Apps and Function Apps, including performance tuning and root cause analysis. Monitor application health, logs, and s in Azure environments, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Collaborate with development teams for code-level debugging, defect fixes, and release support via CI/CD pipelines. Manage incidents, problems, and change requests while ensuring SLA compliance and proper documentation. Demonstrate strong expertise in SQL query writing, stored procedure debugging, and supporting integrations in distributed systems.app logics Mandatory Skills: .Net ,Azure,Rest API,L3 Support,App Logic Working Time: The coverage will be 8 to 10 PM CST night to 10AM CST morning though they are required to be on a on-call support based on roster (this will be in addition to their regular coverage hours)
